Sheesh… did you do any research at all before posting this?!
You're not going to be able to easily get in touch with the Star Wars kid (aka Ghyslain Raza). He's not too happy about the video, and has settled out of court with the people who distributed the video.
Grape-stomp lady's name is Melissa Sander. I hear she's not too keen on being interviewed either.

Star Wars Kid is (I believe) in a mental hospital for trauma, he hails from montreal, canada. there was an article in my local paper about it about a year back.
