The most I can decipher from this metaphorical mess, is that the unicorn is America bending over backwards to do Tosh.0 in the bum and Obama is really happy about it because he's a Pepsi-pirate.
But really, I think this artist just likes drawing butts.

The interpretation I take away from this recherché oil on canvass, is that Daniel Tosh was only able to get Tosh.0 picked up for a second season, only after he presented the President of the United States of America with a majestic unicorn; a unicorn that will row your boat gently down a stream, or will scratch your ass with its horn.

i think it is symbolizing how the love between daniel and obama is the dude having a gay fantasy, hence their both nude and obama has a pirate hat on!(if your dumb im saying the dude was thinking butt pirates when he painted this)

Well, other than the obsession with Obama the artist seems to have, this painting, to me, looks like a tribute more to the unicorn than anyone else. I think that the unicorn is tricking the world by it's beauty, and then trapping Obama and Daniel within it's twisted ways. Obama may wear the hat of the Democratic party, but it is the horse in control of the fate of the boat, and in this case, I believe america to be the boat, Daniel as the true spirit of the American Dream, and Obama as a figurehead. The naked bodies are a symbol of vulnerability that we all have, to be more specific, our freedom.
In laymen terms, it shows the control of the world is not in the hands we believe it to be, but the wicked people who we should really fear, entrancing us in their beauty.
