Asylum has compiled a collection of their favorite "Fireworks Gone Wrong" videos from the web. (The "non-lethal" ones they sadly inform us!)
They lead with this guy poorly demonstrating the joy of homemade fireworks:
After that, it's pretty much what you'd expect — a barrage of fireworks exploding on peoples' domes. The moral here: If you're going to blow off your fingers despite your parents' stern warnings, at least have your Flip cam ready so that your injury will not only leave you with an enduring lesson about pyrotechnics safety, but also enduring Internet fame.
But we hunted down a really solid one they missed. Check back for our 7pm post to see the vid we found worthy enough to send you off with for your 4th of July holiday.

Horrible fake.
Even freeze framing just with the pause button you can see the transparency overlay, and in the middle of the explosion you are looking at a 40-50 foot fireball explosion filmed in the desert or salt flats. There is a cut line and everything. Then that layer is faded to show joe bob with the lights, ON, sitting against the wall.
If you want to keep this up TOSH, vet your videos.
If you point people to crap, they will blame you no matter who's fault it is.

OK, this is BS of course because the "explosion" could not have turned the light back on.
