The funniest part about the underwear guns guy is if you look at the guitars, they're not real. They're Rock Band guitars. Truly badass.
Also for the person looking to find out who he is, someone said that guy was a poster on the Something Awful forums. But my guess is that it was just posted there. Might be worth investigating though.
