1. Convicted:: Civil Harassment, Calabass, CA.
Facts: Subject used computer expertise to launch Internet virus against e-mail account registered under the last name "White." Each victim received pop-up message upon boot up: "Suck deez nuts, Whitey!"
2. Convicted:: Identity theft and larceny, Calabass, CA.
Facts: Yates hacked into online bank accounts of 14 hockey fans (whom he presumed to be white). Used balances to purchase ski cabin which he offered for use to the Black Panthers for "weekend of revolution and relaxation." Only participants were 2 undercover detectives who apprehended Yates with no resistance at bottom of black diamond run. Yates an excellent skiier.
3. Convicted: Theft, Thousand Oaks, CA.
Facts: Yates attempted to steal software program used to monitor stock investments from Best Buy. Subject cried during arrest. In retaliation, Yates downgraded Best Buy stock on his investment website to "underperform."
