Facts: Shepard, aka The Tarzana Torcher, aided the spread of Clarita Canyon Wildfire by setting backfires with kerosene, which intensified the flames. Subject, dressed as a firefighter, encouraged homeowners to light their homes on fire so that "at least the fire won't win."

2. Convicted:: Arson, Chatsworth Dog Park.

Facts: Shepard ignited fires, situated himself on a bluff overlooking the blazed and consumed a take-out meal to watch the fire spread. Subject was nude when arrested. Note: Ordered by judge to undergo psychological counseling in state penitentiary. dunno Less
