Declared to be the rare combination of a chess and music prodigy at the tender age of three, DAG has gone on to live the life of a modern day Renaissance Man.
In the fifth grade, DAG was at the chalkboard musing about the structure of an Elizabethan Sonnet, unbeknownst to him, sitting in the classroom, was the chairman of the local chapter of MENSA. Later that day, DAG was indoctrinated into MENSA, the society of geniuses, many years before he would even become eligible for his driver’s license.
Throughout his scholastic career, DAG continued to strive for individual perfection. Not surprisingly, he became fluent in many languages, including: French; Italian; Farsi; Mandarin; and naturally the native African languages Swahili, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa. DAG is able to type at 115 wpm and credits his friend and noted African American typist, Mavis Beacon as his guide.
During his time at various universities, DAG would go on to become editor of both the Harvard Lampoon and the Yale Law Journal. Winning the Field’s Medal his senior year at Oxford was a high point for DAG, but still, the man wasn’t satisfied. He set his sights on becoming not just a scholar, but a student of the world.
