Cartman Attempts To Bring The Christmas Spirit To Iraq

NEW YORK, December 9, 2002 -- With the help of Santa, Mr. Hankey and Jesus, Cartman attempts to bring the Christmas spirit to the downtrodden citizens of Iraq in a brand new episode of "South Park," premiering Wednesday, December 11 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.
Once again, it's Christmas time in South Park. When all the tallies are in, Cartman is overdrawn in the "naughty" column and has to score one big "nice" to be eligible for Christmas presents this year. Cartman latches on to the opportunity to score some points with Santa by spreading some international goodwill. He enlists Santa to deliver the gifts he's made to the less fortunate in Iraq.
When Santa's sleigh is shot down as he tries to deliver the presents, Cartman is screwed. He and the boys call on Mr. Hankey and Jesus to liberate Santa from his captors and save Cartman from the worst Christmas ever.
Launched in 1997, "South Park" has been honored with three Emmy nominations and remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL. "South Park" repeats Fridays at 12:00 a.m., Saturdays at 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., and Sundays at 11:00 p.m.
