"South Park" Returns With Six All-New Episodes On Wednesday Nights At 10 P.M.
NEW YORK, March 4, 2002 -- As the country becomes obsessed with a popular program for losing weight, the boys see their opportunity to become sponsored by a major restaurant chain in "Jared Has Aides," premiering Wednesday, March 6 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.
In the season premiere, Butters begins a regimen to drop some pounds but when he begins to gain weight in this program, his parents ground him. The plot thickens when the rival weight-loss spokesman finally "comes out" with the secret weapon he used in the fight against fat.
Now entering its sixth season, "South Park" remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL. "South Park" repeats Fridays at 12:00 a.m., Saturdays at 10:30 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., and Sundays at 11:00 p.m.
Trey Parker and Matt Stone are co-creators and executive producers of the Emmy-nominated "South Park," with Anne Garefino as executive producer and Debbie Liebling as the executive producer for COMEDY CENTRAL.
