BUTTERS IS "PROFESSOR CHAOS!"
IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF "SOUTH PARK" PREMIERING
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 10 AT 10:00 P.M. ON COMEDY CENTRAL®


NEW YORK, April 8, 2002 -- Butters' unleashes his dark side in an all-new episode of "South Park," entitled "Professor Chaos," premiering Wednesday, April 10 at 10:00 p.m. on COMEDY CENTRAL.

When the boys fire Butters as their friend, they hold auditions for a new kid to take Kenny's place in the group. The devastation over his rejection unleashes Butters' sinister alter ego and "Professor Chaos" is born.

"South Park" remains the highest-rated series on COMEDY CENTRAL, averaging approximately three million viewers each Wednesday night at 10:00 p.m. Ratings for the current season (the series' sixth) are up over last season by 21 percent.** "South Park" repeats Fridays at 12:00 a.m., Saturdays at 10:30 p.m. and 2:00 a.m., and Sundays at 11:00 p.m.

Trey Parker and Matt Stone are co-creators and executive producers of the Emmy-nominated "South Park," with Anne Garefino as executive producer and Debbie Liebling as the executive producer for COMEDY CENTRAL.
