Vincenza Pizzo
Vice President, Digital Product Development - Viacom Entertainment Group

Vincenza Pizzo is Vice President, Digital Product Development for Viacom Entertainment Group, which is comprised of a multi-platform portfolio of brands featuring COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike TV and TV Land cable channels and GameTrailers.com. Based in New York, she reports to Erik Flannigan, Executive Vice President Digital Media, Viacom Entertainment Group.

In this role, Pizzo leads, defines and executes the creative concepts for all major product development for the Viacom Entertainment Group brands. She also oversees the sites through multiple platforms including new content management systems, data migration and redesigns. Some key initiatives include the rebrand and relaunch of TVLand.com, which streamlined user experience with a focus on promoting its shows; the launch of ColbertNation.com vertical, which allows users to view episodes dating back to the show's inception in 2005; and Spike TV's first vertical Web site for "The Ultimate Fighter" series, which featured every episode, every fight and every fighter from all 10 seasons.

Pizzo joined COMEDY CENTRAL in 2000 as a Community Producer developing an overall strategy for the comedycentral.com community. As a Content Producer from 2001-2004, she was responsible for developing and managing all aspects of production for the network's high profile sites of critically-acclaimed series "RENO 911!," "Chappelle's Show," and "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and its Peabody and Emmy award-winning "Indecision" political coverage in 2000 and 2004. The "Indecision 2004" Web site garnered COMEDY CENTRAL its first Webby Award. As a Senior Product Developer from 2004-2005, Pizzo led a core team across the creative, tech and production groups along with the overall department in a full site redesign of comedycentral.com.

In her role as Senior Director of Product Development from 2006-2009, she was the product leader responsible for TheDailyShow.com launch in 2007. This major initiative is the ultimate online destination for "Daily Show" fans. The site features free and fully accessible video clips from every episode dating back to 1999, the year Jon Stewart began his hosting duties.

From 1998-2000, Pizzo served as a Content Producer for MTV.com where she produced a diverse portfolio of Web sites for series and specials such as "Total Request Live" (TRL), "Direct Effect DFX," "MTV Fashionably Loud: Miami" (1999) and the "2000 MTV Movie Awards."

Pizzo holds a B.S. degree from Brooklyn College.
