Vice President, Strategy and Business Development - Viacom Entertainment Group
Meghann Wu is Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Viacom Entertainment Group, which is comprised of a multi-platform portfolio of brands featuring the COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike TV and TV Land and their respective Web sites, as well as the digital asset GameTrailers.com. Based in the group's New York City offices and reporting to Dan Yang, the Entertainment Group's Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Wu was formerly Senior Director of the department.
Wu spearheads major group-level business development initiatives including investments, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and new revenue opportunities. Wu’s experience and talents make her the perfect person to drive the Entertainment Group's most critical projects in addition to being responsible for strategic planning for Spike and TV Land.
Wu joined MTV Networks in 2007 as Director, Strategy and Business Development. Before entering television, Wu was a management consultant with A.T. Kearney. She holds an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business and earned a BS in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois.
