Kelleigh Dulany
Vice President, Corporate Responsibility - Viacom Entertainment Group

As Vice President, Corporate Responsibility, Viacom Entertainment Group, Dulany is responsible for spearheading pro-social and diversity initiatives, as well as leading numerous employee engagement programs for the Viacom Entertainment Group. These initiatives focus on specific issues that resonate with viewers and staff and address topical, socially relevant concerns through PSAs, digital media, grass roots and philanthropic outreach.

At COMEDY CENTRAL, she instituted a major pro-social program, Address the Mess, which is geared to reducing waste and reviving the planet. She also overseas efforts to build the network’s ground-breaking American Comedy Fund dedicated to supporting the comedy community in times of need, crisis and transition.

Furthering the Entertainment Group’s focus on diversity and inclusion, Dulany manages “COMEDY CENTRAL Summer School,” the Posse Scholars internship program, and various employee-centric programs.

The Comedy Central Summer School targets young comedy writers of color giving students a unique opportunity to learn the comedy business from the inside out. The Posse Scholars program is a partnership with the national Posse Foundation to provide a diverse pool of college students with unique internship opportunities to learn about all facets of the television industry. Dulany’s creation of employee-driven programs such as “ExtraCredits!,” a mentorship and volunteer program with neighboring PPAS, a NYC public high school, “Take It Off,” an energy conservation initiative and most recently, “Give A Sh*t,” promoting civic activism in the networks’ downtown New York City headquarters.

Prior to taking on this new role within MTV Networks, Dulany was Vice President of Promotion Marketing for COMEDY CENTRAL, responsible for delivering compelling, creative and strategic added-value sponsorship packages for advertisers was well as raising the network’s profile within the entertainment tour industry. Before joining the network in 2000, she served as the Director of Promotions and Retail Strategic Marketing at Discovery Networks and, earlier, held the position of Director of Marketing and Catering Sales for North Star Management. She was Catering Sales Manager for the Capital Hotel Group; Doubletree Hotel from 1994 to 1995.

Dulany hold a BS degree from the University of Maryland.
