Vice President, Digital Integrated Marketing - Viacom Entertainment Group
As Vice President, Digital Integrated Marketing for the Viacom Entertainment Group, Sarnow is responsible for helping manage the digital integrated marketing team, which includes COMEDY CENTRAL, Spike TV and TV Land and their respective Web sites, as well as the digital asset GameTrailers.com, as they continue to build out innovative marketing opportunities for clients in both digital and fully convergent offerings.
Sarnow leads his team as both a creative architect and business development specialist, taking a marketing agency approach to advertising partnerships. He leads collaborations across sales, research, integrated marketing and multiple departments to provide advertising opportunities across the groups' premier digital assets. Sarnow also works on 360-based programs that can leverage sponsors’ marketing and media muscle to drive content awareness – in addition to creating dynamic insight-driven solutions that will help increase digital and convergent ad sales revenue.
Sarnow has extensive marketing integration experience and brings the perfect mix of creative, business development and a 360 marketing approach to advertising partnerships. He came to Viacom Entertainment Group from CBS, where he worked on cross-platform projects for Dodge, Samsung Mobile, Bank of America YP.com and Fidelity Investments as a key member of CBS Local Media and the CBS RIOT integrated marketing team. He was also a member of the start-up sales and marketing development team at CBS Radio and, prior to that, was Director of Marketing for Clear Channel National Sales & WTJM-NY, developing new business through marketing platforms within Clear Channel Radio and Entertainment. Sarnow also worked in the music industry for several years where he developed and directed sales and marketing strategies for the iconic record label, Blue Note Records.
Sarnow is from South Florida and he attended the University of Florida. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife Karen and daughters Ava & Lola.
