When Ethel's older, more successful sister visits Brickleberry, Ethel shaves Malloy to pass him off as her son, while Connie dresses up as a man to play her husband.
Woody provokes the rage of the state's female governor after making sexist remarks during her visit to Brickleberry. When she retaliates by building a superhighway straight through the park, Woody throws his hat in the ring to unseat her. Bobby and BoDean start a militia that quickly becomes radicalized under Malloy's influence.
Brickleberry is finally allowed to compete in the annual Ranger Games again, and hopefully unseat Yellowstone. Steve's finally being good at something doesn't stop Woody from bringing in a ringer who turns out to be a terrorist. Much to Woody's chagrin, Denzel chooses to compete as an ice skater.
The carnival comes to Brickleberry with a freaky sideshow that Connie obsesses over. When Steve gets hurt, Malloy gets a job as his lawyer and forces changes to bring the park up to code.
