Kurt Braunohler was most recently seen at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where he was nominated (along with Kristen Schaal) for the If.Comedy Award's "Best Comedy Show" (formerly the Perrier). Before that he won the Barry Award for "Best in Festival" at the Melbourne Comedy Festival (also with Kristen). A seasoned performer, Kurt has been seen at SXSW, Bonnaroo, the HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, the HBO Las Vegas Comedy Festival, the Chicago Improv Festival (where he was a recipient of the "Improv Ensemble of the Year" Award) and numerous colleges in the U.S. Among his list of awards are the ECNY award for "Best Male Comedian" and "Best Host" and the NYTVF's award for "Best Non-Scripted Host."

The anti-game show he hosts, "Pointless" has been picked up for 10 episodes on the IFC network. He also co-wrote, directed and produced a music video for the New Pornographers. In addition, Kurt can be seen in episodes of "Delocated" on Adult Swim and "Bob's Burgers" on FOX.
