Emily Heller is a comedian and writer who likes you very much. You can see her on the third season of "John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show" on Comedy Central. She was named one of Comedy Central's Comics to Watch at the New York Comedy Festival and won Rooftop Comedy's Silver Nail Award for up-and-coming stand-ups. In San Francisco, she was named one of the "7 Funniest People in Town" by 7x7 Magazine. Praised/insulted in that comedy scene for what her friends call her "self-deprecating feminist slob poetry," Emily now lives in New York City. She has performed at San Francisco Sketchfest, the Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta and the Bridgetown Comedy Festival in Portland, where both the Portland Mercury and Laughspin.com identified her as a highlight.
