Q. Who is your comedy hero?
A. Ricky Gervais. He's the total comedy package: a hugely successful actor, writer, director, and standup comedian. He's the king of burning awkward moments and excruciating hilarity. I cried at the end of "The Office."

Q. What made you decide to strive for a career in comedy?
A. I decided to pursue comedy because it's a creative career based on fun. I go to work and make laughter. What more could you ask for? I mean...besides a living wage, job stability, and respect.

Q. What career would your parents have chosen for you?
A. Stereotypically Asian American careers like Medicine, Engineering, Basketball, etc.

Q. Have you ever tanked onstage?
A. Once, at a private party, I tanked in front of a hundred fifty middle aged doctors who were scarfing down a fancy dinner as I told jokes from behind a podium. My mother was also there. It was her first time seeing me perform and bomb. After making our escape, she seemed very understanding and said that they weren’t a good audience for me. I’m sure she was crying inside.

A. I'm a steak geek. Whatchu know about marbling?

A. Unforgettable

Q. What will you do with yourself after the fall of civilization?
A. Have a barbecue. Drink beer. Live without expectations. Hmmm...I should start that right now.

Q. What is your greatest memory from your time with Live at Gotham?
A. Meeting and hanging with fellow comedians and organizers of the show and just sharing this special milestone with jolly drunks.
