Pete Lee spends most of his afternoons waking up. After that, he writes jokes for an hour and then heads out for a run. He lives on mac 'n cheese, juice boxes and fruit snacks. His life is a constant high-school summer vacation, except without the free rent.

Pete is a combination of extreme motivation and laziness. He is a prolific writer, college graduate, marathon finisher, triathlete, and a national champion water skier. On the other hand, his favorite hobbies are sitting, resting and taking naps.

On stage, Pete has an energy and charisma that instantly lights up a room. He is an adorable smart mouth with an 8th grade vocabulary. Mixing strong punch lines with a juvenile perspective, he's proof that you can be smart, sound dumb and use cuteness to get away with it. His lovable personality has scored him runner-up in the Comedy Central Live Stand-up Challenge. In 2003, Pete was selected as a semi-finalist in the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition, where he earned runner-up. He was also selected to be an opener for the 2003 Comedy Central Live Tour starring Lewis Black and Dave Attell. Pete's comedy CD "Gasmoney" plays on XM Satellite Radio, where it is currently in rotation on Channel 150. He is also a regular on the Bob and Tom radio show. His show has made him highly requested by large corporations such as 3M, Marshall Field's, Marriott, GE, Northwest Airlines, and Honeywell. Pete can be seen in the upcoming season of Comedy Central's Premium Blend. He just finished filming A Prairie Home Companion the Movie, playing the role of a Stage Hand. Pete acted alongside Lindsay Lohan, Lily Tomlin, Kevin Kline, Meryl Streep, Woody Harrelson and Virginia Madsen. Pete's youthful act appeals to all tastes.
