After enrolling in Emerson College in Boston MA, Dan spent all his time and energy as a full time student as well as starting a career in stand-up comedy. The following year Dan was chosen to compete and subsequently win the title of Funniest college comedian in America, at HBO US comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO.

Since then Dan has been seen in The Montreal Just For Laugh Comedy Festival and has made TV appearances on Comedy Centrals Premium Blend, The Late, Late, Show, and has hosted three shows on MTV including Your Face or Mine, The Reality Show, and Pretty Smart: Spring Break 08. Dan co-starred in the feature film, My Sexiest Year, with Frankie Muniz and Harvey Keitel. He will also be featured in the Happy Madison Film "The House Bunny" and the SONY Screen gems comedy "Mardi Gras?."

Dan lives in Los Angeles where he just finished producing, writing, and acting in "My Long Distance Relationship" a series for SONY Pictures-Television that will debut in September on crackle.com.

He spent the summer hosting and writing the "IHAVETOGOINAMINUTESHOW with super host Dan Levy" for collegehumor while preparing for his comedy central presents.
